COVID: If you need to change the date of your wedding either because at the time of the event the bride or bridegroom have COVID, or members of your close family, or due to the re-introduction of national (or local) COVID restrictions on numbers that can attend weddings, then if we are available for your new date we will not charge for the date change (except of course if the venue or pickup address also changes, ie a travel charge applies, or if a bridesmaids trip, or two, are required re the new event). If your change of date is due to COVID but we are unable to offer our car for your new date (as we are either already booked on that date or not available for other reasons), then we will refund the sum you have paid us (ie the deposit, and the balance if that has been paid)

The Deposit is normally non-refundable (except for a £50 payment back if we are able to rebook the date). The balance when paid, ie during the month prior to the event, is also normally non-refundable - the exceptions above only apply if your wedding has to be postponed only due to COVID
- Ivory white coloured ribbons and bows, and silk flowers are included as standard. Alternatively you are welcome to supply your own ribbons and bows if preferred
- The chauffeur will wear a smart dark suit and a tie

The law no longer allows us to serve a champagne toast

The balance is due four weeks prior to the wedding date and this sum is non-returnable (except re COVID 19 see above). We will contact to remind you regarding the final payment

Although the deposit is basically non-returnable (except re COVID 19 see above) we will return £50 of the £100 deposit if a wedding is cancelled (or another date requested) at least four weeks prior to the wedding AND we manage to re-book the date with another wedding. (The £50 retained is to offset our advertising and administration costs). Please make such a cancellation in writing (e-mail or letter). If you do not receive a reply from ourselves within 4 days confirming your cancellation please contact the company to ensure we have received your correspondence

For the consideration of other clients and the chauffeur smoking is not permitted in the vehicle

In the very unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances dictate that the company is unable to complete the booking with the Beauford (for example, due to mechanical breakdown, accidents, extreme weather conditions) the company is unable to accept responsibility (and liability). The company would endeavour to offer the customer an equivalent style vehicle. If preferred (or if such a vehicle is unavailable) the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid
Note: For weddings already arranged (ie deposit paid) if you have different terms and conditions stated on the 'deposit receipt form' then those are the T & Cs that apply - the list above are T & Cs that we are now using for new weddings arranged as from November 2021
